Our Team
The CEO is the highest-ranking executive of our company. He is responsible for ensuring that the company meets its goals and operates at a profit. Mr. Sammy Kahsay Tedla is the founder and the current chief executive officer of Tedla Transportation. Mr. Tedla also owns and operates and Emergency and Non-Emergency Ambulance Services in Africa. In addition to that He also is a founder of previously functional businesses such as Afro Istanbul (Trading Company), Bafana Istanbul (Cargo), Non-Emergency medical transportation providing companies called Lucy Transportation and Mimi Transportation (located in United States). Mr. Tedla is hard worker and built all of this from the ground up.

Our Managing Director is Hermella Melese, She partnered with Mr.Tedla and is also One of the owners in the company as well. Her daily tasks are overseeing the drivers in Manassas, accepting the trips for our clients in the Manassas area, answering many calls per day, hiring of all drivers in the Manassas area, dispatching trips, rerouting trips, handling payroll for the company, and all day-to-day operations in Manassas.
Hermella MeleseManaging Director 
The management staff of our company includes the Admin & HR, Finance, Marketing & Communication, IT and Ambulance Service Mangers. The management staff coordinate the work of all employees to bring best results that ensures the growth of the company and the delivery of quality services to clients.
Management Staff 
Our Chief of Staff Alemteshay Tewolde handles all of the hiring of our drivers, their needs, complaints, and or issues. She also handles all the trip logs for receiving payment from the insurance companies, any and all denial paperwork making sure to correct so the drivers’ payments are on time and correct, assigning the wellryde and checking to make sure the drivers completed correctly each day, rerouting trips, she also keeps track of all drivers making sure all their certifications and drug testing are up to date. Overseeing the Roanoke area and making sure all jobs are done on time and correctly. She is the right hand of Mr.Tedla and follows in whatever ways he sees fit for the employees and the company.
Alemteshay TewoldeChief of Staff 
Bezawit Temesgen is the right hand to Hermella. She helps with anything in the
Manassas office from answering phones and taking trips to assigning the Well Ryde app for the drivers’ trips, rerouting of trips and any job duties that may need to be done. Bezawit is also a driver for the company as well.

Our Supervisor for Roanoke Zacharias Kidanewold is in charge of seeing over all the
drivers and making sure they are doing everything they need to do, any issues with the vehicles he handles and gets it taken care of, helps with the phones when needed, sees over all employees on ways they are able to improve their work abilities and what's best for the company. He also drives for the company as well.
KidanewoldDriver/Supervisor- Roanoke Area 
Our Supervisor for the Lynchburg area is Sheila Wright. Sheila handles all Lynchburg
drivers if they have problems with their trips or are unable to make a trip, she will move stuff around to the closest available driver and make sure the member is taken care of. Then she will notify Dispatch of the change so it can be changed accordingly. Sheila also trains new drivers and teaches them the appropriate way to pick up members more than once at a time. She always sets an example for how the other drivers should do things.
Sheila WrightDriver/Supervisor- Lynchburg Area 
Our dispatcher is responsible for answering any incoming Amber Girmes calls for the
Roanoke area, accepting trips, taking care of any issues with any of our customers and finding a solution for it, responding to all emails for the Roanoke office, making sure that the drivers have enough trip volume for each day, working in same day trips, moving trips around between the drivers as needed, answering any complaints we have and getting to the bottom of it so it does not happen again. Looking for new standing orders for the company and drivers. Keeps us with all vehicle inspections making sure they are compliant with all the insurance companies.
Amber Girmes Dispatcher 
Our drivers are all expected to perform at 100% everyday by giving each member the
care and attention they need and deserve. They are expected to confirm their trips the night before once they have been dispatched. Then they need to call and confirm with all of their members for the next day and let them know what time they are expected to be picked up for their appointments. The drivers are to arrive on time if not 15 mins prior to the pickup time. They are expected to give each member the best service possible and let the office know of any cancellations or when they are free so they are able to assist with other trips if needed. They also have to keep track of all their paperwork for the week of what trips that they completed so we can bill for the said trips. They are also expected to keep a clean appearance and vehicle at all times.
